I grew up in a creative household with a mother who couldn't put down her paintbrush and a father who turned our basement into a recording studio. I remember at a young age waking up in the middle of the night to my mom painting my hardwood floor blue so that my Polly Pockets could have a "pool". Creativity was always around me, and it's the reason my calling for Design was so loud that I switched from a science major my freshman year over to Interior Design.
My time at MSU has challenged me to put detail into everything I do. From the way I arrange my presentations to the unique perspective that I take on every new project, MSU has strengthened me as an individual and a designer.
These opportunities stretched beyond the halls of MSU. I was offered a fellowship in San Francisco this past summer to travel and gain networking experience. While there, I toured the Tesla headquarters and Facebook's campus, met with professionals at JLL, and I learned about the architecture of the Transbay Transit Center.

I love the creative process and being able to come up with solutions for everyday problems. I strive to incorporate environmental practices into all my interiors and hope to gain my LEED certification so that I can help create sustainable communities in the near future.
